We note that in these cases, as the data controller, we remain responsible for processing your data.

Finally, we may forward data to state authorities if required by legal obligations.

Is my data subject to automated processing?

We do not use data relating to you for processing involving automated decision-making.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
For example, we keep email address data for sending newsletters only while you are subscribed to receive our newsletter.

We primarily process your data in the Republic of Croatia and in other countries of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA).

-  Right to restriction of processing: you can request restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
-  Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest regarding specific data processing relating to you (Article 21(1) GDPR);
-  Right to data portability: you can request that personal data relating to you, which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, be transferred to another service provider (Article 20 GDPR);
-  You have the right to withdraw consent you have given us at any time, and your data processed based on that consent will no longer be used.
