Where will I meet my driver at Airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the Arrivals Hall exit, holding a sign with your name on it. You don't need to wander around the parking lot – we come to you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry! We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be aware of the new arrival time and will wait for you. There is no extra charge for flight delays.

Are there any hidden costs (tolls, luggage)?

No. The price we quote is the final price. It includes all taxes, tolls, fuel, and standard luggage. You will never be asked to pay more than the agreed amount upon arrival.

How can I pay for the transfer?

You can pay in cash (EUR) directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. If you prefer to pay by credit card or via bank transfer, please let us know in advance when making the reservation.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, the safety of your children is our priority. We provide child seats and boosters free of charge. Please specify the age/weight of the child in the "Notes" section when booking so we can prepare the correct seat.

Can we make a stop for groceries or currency exchange?

Absolutely. We are happy to make a short stop (up to 15 minutes) for you to buy essentials or exchange money. For longer stops (e.g., sightseeing on the way), please mention this in your request so we can adjust the schedule.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

For the comfort and safety of all our passengers (and children), smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles. However, we can make a short stop for a smoke break if requested.
